Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard shipment orders will be dispatched within 1 business day of receipt of payment - shipping time is an additional 3-6 business days from dispatch date. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All shipping & product prices are in $AUD.

You will receive an email the day we dispatch - ensure you enter your email address correctly so you can keep an eye out for your shipment

- We will email you with your eParcel tracking number, they will also email you updates as your parcels moves through the network

- Check that your PayPal account has the CORRECT address - we have to pay to have the parcel returned to us when you have supplied the incorrect information and we will charge you shipping to re-post

- Due to all parcels requiring a signature on delivery - we cannot leave a note for the postman saying your parcel can be left at the door/behind the gate/ etc. It will be attempted to be delivered and then transferred to your Local Post Office for collection.

-Should your parcel be left unclaimed and returned to us, we will notify you of this and we will re-ship to you at YOUR cost. This is because we have to pay to have your parcel returned to us.

- Orders received before 11am on a business day with Express postage will be dispatched from our warehouse on the same day - with an expected delivery to your the next business day. Orders received after 11am will be sent next business day

Return & Exchange Policy

As per your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following the product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do or is significantly different from its description/sample. Unfortunately we do not offer 'change of mind' refunds or exchanges. 

For ‘consumer guarantee’ returns, the original shipping fee will be refunded for refund requests only. Exchanges will be posted free of charge.

Credit Cards

 

If you purchased your products using a credit or debit card, and you are eligible for a refund, any applicable monies will be processed to the card used to purchase the product.
